About Us

We are a patient-focused chiropractic practice committed to providing exceptional care and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience working in a chiropractic office and is familiar with ChiroTouch practice management software.

 

Responsibilities

  • Process and submit insurance claims accurately and promptly.
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
  • Post insurance and patient payments.
  • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and insurance issues.
  • Prepare and send patient statements.
  • Maintain accurate patient billing records.
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and authorizations.
  • Work closely with providers and front office staff to ensure accurate documentation and billing.
  • Assist patients with billing questions and payment arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Previous medical billing experience required.
  • Experience with ChiroTouch is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a chiropractic office is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance billing, EOBs, ICD-10, and CPT coding.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
