Job description

Client is dedicated to advancing neurological rehabilitation through innovative, evidence-based, brain-centered treatment strategies. Our multidisciplinary team provides personalized care for patients experiencing neurological challenges, including concussion, traumatic brain injury, cognitive impairment, balance disorders, and complex neurological conditions.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chiropractic Neurologist to serve as Director of Rehabilitation. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the clinical direction, implementation, and optimization of individualized neurological rehabilitation programs while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
The Director of Rehabilitation will serve as a key clinical leader, partnering with the Medical Director, consulting neurologists, rehabilitation staff, healthcare providers, attorneys, and referral partners to improve patient outcomes through advanced functional neurology and neurorehabilitation strategies.
The Director of Rehabilitation will provide clinical leadership for Clientโ€™s rehabilitation programs, including patient evaluation, diagnostic review, treatment planning, staff supervision, quality oversight, and program development.
This role requires a clinician who combines advanced neurological knowledge with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to translate complex diagnostic information into effective, individualized rehabilitation protocols.
The ideal candidate is a passionate healthcare leader with expertise in Functional Neurology, neurorehabilitation, and brain-based therapies who can mentor clinical teams, advance treatment programs, and support the continued growth of the institute.
