Part-Time Chiropractic Clinic Assistant

We're looking for an energetic, people-oriented individual to join our busy chiropractic clinic. If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and like staying active throughout the day, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude.
  • Assist with front office duties, scheduling, and patient communications.
  • Escort patients to treatment areas and prepare them for their appointments.
  • Set patients up on therapy modalities as prescribed by the doctor, ensuring they are comfortable and understand the treatment process.
  • Help keep the clinic organized and running smoothly.
  • Support our team in creating an exceptional patient experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive, outgoing personality with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and making every patient feel welcome.
  • High energy and the ability to remain on your feet for much of the shift.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with impeccable grammar, spelling, and attention to detail. You'll be communicating with patients, attorneys, and other medical offices through email, text, and other written correspondence, so professionalism and accuracy are essential.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Flexible availability with the ability to work part-time hours as needed.
