Chiropractic Office Assistant-Bilingual (English & Spanish)-Part Time AM

We are currently looking for an awesome and extroverted bilingual (English & Spanish) part-time chiropractic assistant. The person we are looking for must be motivated, friendly, energetic, organized, and able to perform at a high level in a team environment. You must enjoy working on your feet.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Friendly and Compassionate.

  • Great telephone skills and attention to detail.
  • Answering multi-line phones with energy and a smile.
  • Greeting patients with a smile.
  • Scheduling (reactivation, reminder, recall).
  • Collecting fees for services and billing.
  • Organize and process paperwork.
  • Enter patient information into computer.
  • Accurate typing skills.
  • Experienced office skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Dependable and Punctual.

  • Assisting doctors with patients.

Qualifications:

The person we are looking for must be motivated, friendly, organized, and able to perform at a high level in a team environment, along with the following:

  • Must have high energy and be a people-person.
  • Must be able to work on your feet, this is not a desk job.
  • Must be fully bilingual English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of High School Graduate Diploma or GED.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Additional Information
Must Have a Flexible Schedule to Cover 20-30 hours per week between the following:

  • Monday: 5:30 AM (Open Office) – 3:30 PM.
  • Tuesday*: See note Below.
  • Wednesday: 5:30 AM (Open Office) – 3:30 PM.
  • Thursday*: See note Below.
  • Friday: 5:30 AM (Open Office) – 3:30 PM.
  • Saturday*: See note Below.

*Note: Tuesdays. Thursdays & Saturdays: Have no set hours, it will depend on community events scheduled and administrative duties.
Must Be Fluent in English and Spanish

COMPENSATION: $15 - $16 per Hr. Based on experience
