Job description

Must live in Florida and be close to Jacksonville to be considered for the role.

Performs diversified secretarial duties supporting management and/or a physician.

Training: Training will be 4-6 weeks hybrid style (no absences allowed during this initial training period) After training is completed position transitions to remote with the exception of onsite trainings/meetings as needed in Jacksonville. 

Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 9am-5pm

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Duties: Answering inbound calls, scheduling appts, assisting with general inquiries, medication renewals, relaying messages to practice

Responsibilities: 

  • Performs diversified secretarial duties including, but not limited to:
  • Typing various forms of correspondence 
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, etc.
  • Transmitting various documents using computer, mail, and/or fax
  • Recordkeeping
  • Maintaining files and filing systems
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Receptionist duties
  • Maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies
  • Performs related duties, as required.

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Prior clerical experience, required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
