Job description

BayCare is currently in search of our newest Department Secretary who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. The Department Secretary provides essential administrative and front-office support for the BayCare Health System, Rehab Pedi-SJCH team. This role is often the first point of contact for patients and families and plays a key part in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience. Responsibilities include scheduling, registration support, communication coordination, documentation management, and general clerical assistance to help ensure smooth daily operations for clinicians and patients.
