Acxiom Salesforce Practice is excited to be hiring for a Salesforce Solutions Architect
Job Description:
  • Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
  • Comfortable building and demonstrating Salesforce CPQ prototypes in Salesforce.
  • Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architecture
  • Design, develop and maintain application architectures that support client's business requirements
  • Resolve integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systems
  • Optimize application performance and scalability
  • Assist Project Leadership conducting project risk identification and mitigation planning
  • Provide support to the sales effort on new business development pursuits, assisting with RFP responses, architecture assessments and technical qualification
  • Act as an owner and ultimate escalation point for the implementations one builds and supports

Requirements
Requirements
  • 3+ years Salesforce Platform implementation experience, with at least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations
  • Strong understanding of the overall architecture of the Salesforce CRM platform concepts and how they influence design
  • Experience in configuring any other recurring SaaS solutions would make a candidate stand out
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback
  • Adept in execution of Agile methodologies, and overall use of Jira
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, communication and writing skills
  • Adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with managing remote teams across different time zones
  • Superior abilities in problem-solving, project management, and attention to details

Education:
  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science OR Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Active Salesforce CPQ Specialist Superbadges Ideal
  • Active B2B Commerce Functional, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Data Architecture & Management Designer would make a candidate stand out.
