Salesforce Lead/Architect Must be available in CST or EST working hours Remote Role Pay rate range : $55/hr - $65/hr. W2 Strong Agentforce and Data Cloud experience is a Must to have Agentforce Certified Nice to have. Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, AI-powered agentic systems, and solution prototyping.

This role requires a combination of hands-on technical development and business consulting capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design intelligent agent-driven solutions, and rapidly build prototypes demonstrating how AI agents can improve productivity and business outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who understands both the Salesforce ecosystem and emerging AI/agentic architectures, including Agentforce 2.0, MCP architecture concepts, and enterprise AI integrations.

Key Responsibilities Business & Solution Consulting Partner with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements, pain points, and transformation opportunities. Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce and AI-enabled solutions. Lead discovery workshops and define solution approaches for agent-driven workflows and automation.

Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts demonstrating how AI agents can improve user productivity and customer experiences. Provide strategic recommendations on Salesforce platform capabilities and AI adoption. Salesforce Platform Leadership Design and develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Lead hands-on development across: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flows Integrations and APIs Platform Events Drive architecture and technical design decisions for enterprise Salesforce implementations. Ensure best practices around performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. AI / Agentforce Responsibilities Design and implement Agentforce 2.0 solutions and intelligent agent experiences.

Build agentic workflows leveraging Salesforce AI capabilities and external AI systems. Understand and apply MCP architecture concepts and modern AI orchestration patterns. Collaborate on AI-enabled use cases involving: Conversational agents Workflow automation Knowledge retrieval Productivity enhancement Autonomous task execution Evaluate and integrate AI technologies into Salesforce ecosystems.

Technical Leadership Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the Salesforce stack. Lead code reviews and enforce development standards. Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business teams.
