JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales activities . As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met and fostering strong relationships with the Exclusive Retail sub-agents and store staff. If you are a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with leadership acumen, we invite you to join our team at Victra. Your strategic guidance and leadership will play a critical role in the success of our sales efforts:


KEY RESPFONSABILITIES:

  • Primary point-of-contact for Exclusive Retail sub-agent business partners, admins & owners/operators.
  • Collaborate with sub-agents to develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and targets to achieve or exceed sales quotas within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Exclusive Retail sub-agents and staff to ensure effective collaboration, support, and alignment of sales objectives.
  • Conduct regular documented store visits to monitor sales activities, assess performance, and provide ongoing feedback, training and development opportunities.
  • Drive the adoption of sales programs, promotions, and initiatives to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations for sales improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Director of Exclusive Retail & the ELT.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, outside vendors and the Total by Victra teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and market insights to effectively coach the sub-agents.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have excellent communication and a positive attitude.
  • Your background has a good sense of operations and retail management.
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications industry working with the dealer/sub-agent channel.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 75% of the time within the assigned territory and work occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Associates Degree with 3-5 years of retail management experience is also acceptable
