Our airport stores represent the heart of Montana hospitality to guests from around the world.


We are seeking a career-minded Assistant Retail Manager to join our Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport retail leadership team. This role partners with a team of managers across multiple airport locations, leading with collaboration, operational excellence, and a genuine passion for serving both guests and team members. We are seeking a Asst. Retail Manager to work with our Bozeman International Airport's Retail Team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Model, train, and ensure exquisite customer service and salesmanship
  • Assist the rest of your team to meet and exceed sales and margin goals
  • Creatively develop sales
  • Merchandise and use effective displays for sales floor and store windows with the direction of a manager
  • Regularly refresh store layouts with the direction of the location manager
  • Assists in training and coaching staff formally and informally using our company training principles
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment
  • Provide complete and accurate information.
  • Identify and fix technical errors
  • Identify and correct any problem that interferes with an associateโ€™s ability to efficiently do their job and/ or provide customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate and helpful feedback and communication to all managers, associates, support staff, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with other managers to accomplish company objectives
