Job description

Pride Health is hiring a People Assistant to support our clientโ€™s medical facility based in California.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension, competitive pay and benefits, and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Title- People Assistant

Location- Fully Remote

Pay Range- $20/hr. - $22/hr.

Contract length: 3 months

Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Duties

  • Responsible for carrying out system-based processes, including communications with incoming team members, HRIS records and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Assist team members and supervisors with questions and processes relating to Talent processes, payroll, policies, and compliance.
  • Participate in team documentation, process improvements, and other team initiatives.
  • Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, weekends and overtime.
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.
  • Follow policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training, and meetings.
  • Communicate regularly with the supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities.
