Job description

Our client, a leading technology and platform engineering organization, is looking to hire a Product Manager in Remote (PST Hours). Apply today for consideration!

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Remote (PST Hours)

Duration: Contract โ€“ 45-day initial project with strong potential for extension

Pay Rate Range:ย $60 - $70 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:
  • Own product strategy and roadmap for AI-native software delivery, production operations, and platform reliability initiatives.
  • Drive platform capabilities across CI/CD, deployment automation, observability, incident management, and developer productivity.
  • Partner with infrastructure, container platform, traffic management, identity, and engineering teams to deliver scalable platform solutions.
  • Define and measure success using developer velocity metrics including deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, and change failure rate.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment and adoption of platform products across large engineering organizations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer.
  • Strong background in Kubernetes, containerization, platform engineering, and software delivery lifecycle (CI/CD, observability, incident management).
  • Experience working within large-scale developer platforms, DevOps environments, or AI-enabled engineering ecosystems.
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field; Master''s degree preferred.
