Job description

Our client, a leading social media and consumer technology company, is looking to hire a Product Designer III in Remote US

Pay Rate Range: $83.00 - $93.00/hr W2, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
• Design notification and activation experiences across push, email, and in-app surfaces for iOS, Android, Desktop, and Web platforms.
• Translate ambiguous product challenges into clear user flows, interaction models, and design solutions.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Data Scientists to identify growth opportunities and drive experimentation.
• Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and end-to-end user journeys that align with established design systems.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and optimize user engagement.
• Present design concepts, communicate tradeoffs, and advocate for user-centered solutions.
• Produce detailed design specifications and documentation for engineering handoff.
• Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment while independently driving projects forward.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related disciplines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer-facing product design work, preferably within growth, engagement, activation, or retention initiatives.
• Experience designing for mobile and web platforms.
• Expertise with Figma and interactive prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Experience using data, user research, and experimentation to influence design decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience creating detailed design documentation and developer handoff materials.
• Prior experience supporting B2C, marketplace, social media, or consumer technology products is highly preferred.
