About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our clinical recruiting team. You'll provide essential scheduling and administrative support for our high-growth teams, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. You'll impact projects, spearhead process improvements, and get exposure to full-cycle recruiting.

Our team is comprised of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing life-saving solutions. We are looking for a candidate who is inspired by our mission and excited by the opportunity to build a business that will impact millions of lives in a profound way.

Responsibilities
  • Provide candidates with a first-class, positive experience starting from the initial contact all the way until they become part of the team
  • Ensure candidates feel supported, knowledgeable, and excited to go through our process
  • Manage candidates end-to-end through Greenhouse, making sure each is moving through in a timely manner
  • Become a power user of Greenhouse to drive efficiencies in the recruiting process
  • Build a solid understanding of our teams and forge strong relationships with those team members and hiring managers
  • Drive accountability with internal teams to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for candidates
  • Analyze and report on our recruiting pipeline to hiring managers
  • Create new requisitions in Greenhouse
  • Find ways to automate and improve manual processes
  • Assist recruiters and managers with additional projects
Requirements
  • 1+ year of recruitment coordination or recruitment operations experience
  • 1+ year of experience using Greenhouse ATS preferred
  • Incredibly organized and conscientious, with a strong track record of execution and follow-through
  • Passion for providing best-in-class candidate experiences
  • Stellar attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Quick learner, with the ability to pattern-match and improve on ideas
  • Strong experience in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated integrity, maturity, professionalism, and sensitivity

Additional Information

This will initially be a contract position with the opportunity to convert to full-time. #LI-remote
