Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and professional Executive Recruiter to identify, attract, and place top leadership talent across a variety of industries. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for executive and senior-level positions while serving as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders.

The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, experience recruiting high-level professionals, and a proven ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive, leadership, and professional-level positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and position requirements.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified executive and leadership talent.
  • Present qualified candidates and provide detailed candidate evaluations.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage offer negotiations and assist with onboarding transitions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client information within applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms.
  • Build relationships with industry professionals, referral sources, and networking groups.
  • Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation data, and industry developments.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
QualificationsRequired
