Project Coordinator - (Communications & Site Access)

Job Responsibilities:
• Support all Customer Colleague sub-stream teams in preparing and delivering communications to Branch, Campus, Contact Center, and Lockdown locations.
• Project Coordinator will coordinate and proof-read communications to other areas following established protocols.
• Assisting Customer Colleague team members with activities related to gathering, obtaining, preparing, and/or creating communications documentation.
• Track all communications activities from cradle (beginning) to grave (completion/termination).
• Identify primary and secondary communications contacts for Branch, Campus, Contact Center, and Lockdown locations.
• Arrange site access working with Project Managers and Change Management Project Coordinators.
• Attend all assigned daily, weekly, and bi-weekly meetings.
• Prepare daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly communications as assigned.
• Prepare communications documents for submission following all procedures.
• Complete communications documents for submission following required processes/procedures.
• Document all primary and secondary communications personnel process for Branch, Campus, Contact Center, and Lockdown locations and keep the documentation current (up to date).

• Maintain and if needed establish business and/or regulatory communications tracking and reporting procedures and enact and follow those procedures.
• Establish working partnership with all Customer Colleague team members to support communication activities.

• Assist Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and/or Engineers in preparing communications documentation as needed which may include creating documentation.
• Handle ad hoc activities as assigned.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Tech experience IT related software and migration projects.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Products specifically: Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Word; and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency using Web Browsers specifically: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
• Proficiency using Collaboration Tools specifically: Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx.
• Communications/Site Access experience
• Self-Starter that can manage their own activities with minimal supervision.
• USA High School Diploma and/or USA GED.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in providing written communications to targeted audiences.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Acrobat Professional.
