Job description

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
  • Track orders from placement through delivery and provide customers with order updates.
  • Coordinate with our manufacturing team in China, warehouse staff, and logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records in the ERP system.
  • Assist the sales team with customer requests and daily administrative support.
  • Coordinate domestic shipments through UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers, and other transportation providers.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer service, order processing, logistics, or international trade experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems (such as Odoo, SAP, or NetSuite) is preferred.
