  • This role coordinates packaging design and production projects end-to-end, serving as a key cross-functional liaison between marketing, creative, regulatory, and production teams to deliver high-volume work on time and within brand standards in the consumer packaged goods industry.
Job Summary
  • Plan and prioritize packaging and branding creative project requests, managing high-volume workflows with multiple moving parts
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and follow work from design lead handoff through final delivery
  • Assign tasks, manage project documentation, and generate status and resource reports using project management tools such as Dragonfly or comparable platforms
  • Liaise cross-functionally with marketing, creative, regulatory, and production teams, treating the marketing team as an internal client
  • Review artwork for brand compliance and accuracy, overseeing the design-to-print process from initiation through prepress and vendor coordination
  • Manage communication and relationships with prepress vendors and support process management including digital uploads
  • Participate in commercialization meetings and provide proactive, solutions-oriented coordination on quick-turn requests
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of creative project coordination or account management experience in a packaging, Client, design, or advertising agency environment
  • Demonstrated familiarity with packaging design and print production processes, including end-to-end design-to-print workflow
  • Experience using project management tools such as Dragonfly, Basecamp, or a comparable platform
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and stakeholder communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
  • Positive, engaging personality with the ability to work cross-functionally and guide marketing stakeholders through the creative process
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of offset, flexographic, and gravure printing methods
