We are looking for hungry, highly self-motivated, licensed sales professionals based in Oklahoma to close this volume. You stay in Oklahoma; we provide the heavy California lead volume.

  • Pay Structure: Base Salary of $10.00/hour + 3% Commission on all monthly premium sold + Monthly Performance Bonuses.

  • Life Insurance Bonus: Enjoy a 100% pass-through commission structure for all Life Insurance transactions you write.

  • Note: Full hardware is provided, and more granular payroll details will be reviewed over the phone.

Option 2: The Entrepreneur (1099 Independent Contractor)

Designed for self-starters who want absolute schedule autonomy, zero mandatory office attendance, and maximum contract payout.

  • 100% Regular Commission Pass-Through: THM pays you the full, baseline regular commission earned from the carrier for every single policy you write. THM retains 0% of your core production.

  • Note: "Regular commission" refers to standard base carrier policy percentages and excludes internal agency-level special incentives or President's Council corporate performance awards.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Active Oklahoma Licenses: You must hold active state licenses for BOTH Property & Casualty (P&C) AND Life Insurance (Required).

  • Phone Sales Mastery: A proven track record of handling high-volume outbound and inbound phone sales environments.

  • Home Setup: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office space completely free of background noise.

  • Total Household Mindset: The ability to pivot and cross-sell Life products effectively to protect a client's entire household asset portfolio.

PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED)

  • Farmers Insurance Experience: Active familiarity with standard carrier systems like APEX or Dash is a massive advantage.
