About the Role


We are seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Producer to support a growing Farmers Insurance agency. This is a high-activity sales role focused on working internet-generated home and auto leads, with a strong emphasis on cross-selling Life insurance.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment and is comfortable spending the majority of their day calling, following up, and closing business.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and follow up on inbound internet leads (Home & Auto)
  • Make consistent outbound calls to prospects and prior leads
  • Quote and bind Personal Lines policies (Home & Auto)
  • Actively cross-sell Life insurance opportunities
  • Maintain detailed activity and notes within the agency CRM
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and renewals
  • Deliver a high level of customer service while driving sales results



Requirements

  • Active CA Property & Casualty License (required)
  • Active CA Life & Health License (required)
  • Prior insurance sales experience (Farmers experience preferred)
  • Comfortable with high call volume / outbound sales
  • Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
  • Experience with Agency Zoom (preferred)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting



Compensation

  • Base + Commission (DOE)
