Overview:

Overview

The Process Improvement Engineer II is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, monitor outcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements.

  • Support process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement.

  • Collect and analyze data to measure process performance, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of changes.

  • Work closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and methodologies to staff and teams.

  • Monitor the success of implemented process changes, ensuring sustainability and identifying further areas for improvement.

  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate process improvement findings, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.

Education
  • BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree preferred
Certification/Licensure
  • Lean six Sigma certification Preferred
Experience
  • 3 years experience in process improvement or healthcare management

  • 5 years of related experience can be considered in lieu of a bachelors degree.
