Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive remote assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one individual therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ specific circumstances and preferences.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Utilize our digital communication platform for offering teletherapy services to clients who may prefer or require virtual sessions.
• Maintain coherent and ethical documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and remain informed about the latest trends and methodologies in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base primarily consists of individuals who have been pre-screened and are considered stable with low acuity levels, allowing you to focus on therapeutic interventions without the complexities often associated with higher-risk cases. This ensures a productive therapeutic alliance where you can engage deeply with each client’s specific needs and challenges.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Ability to work independently in managing your client schedule and case management processes, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills crucial for clear and empathetic dialogues with clients and coordinated care with colleagues.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license, ensuring adherence to the ethical standards of the profession.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience as a mental health counselor or social worker.
• Demonstrated success in working with diverse populations, particularly in a teletherapy setting.
• Experience in co-developing treatment plans with clients and a track record of positive outcomes in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 based on experience and qualifications.
