How You'll Make An Impact
  • Manage end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of live events and film productions from concept through post-event/post-production wrap.
  • Develop and manage detailed production timelines, run-of-shows, call sheets, and logistics plans to ensure efficient execution.
  • Oversee venue sourcing, site visits, permitting, contracts, insurance requirements, and vendor negotiations.
  • Supervise coordinators, fixers, and other contractors on all travel, accommodations, transportation, equipment rentals, and on-site logistics for crew, talent, and stakeholders.
  • Manage production and event budgets, including forecasting, cost tracking, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
  • Supervise on-site event and production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and brand standards.
  • Ensure all necessary permits, releases, contracts, and compliance documentation are secured for filming and event execution.
  • Coordinate post-event and post-production activities including equipment returns, debriefs, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain organized documentation of production assets, vendor databases, and process workflows.
  • Collaborate with department's Operations Lead to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance attendee and audience experience.
The Expertise Required
  • Solid experience in Adobe Premiere. 
  • Attention to detail.
  • Great and proven communication skills.
  • Familiar with ai tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Some knowledge of programming would be beneficial but not required (Python, JS) to improve workflow.
Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience
  • Minimum Education:
    • BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in film production, short or corporate or long form.

  • Location: Remote within the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment.
  • Travel: This is a remote position with up to 50% travel requirements.
  • Physical demands associated with this position Include: The ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.

The expected pay range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 USD per year for full time team members.
