Job description

Position: Sr. Product Manager

Location: 1111 Bayside Dr. Suite 150, Corona Del Mar, CA 92625 (telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites t/o the U.S.)

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare IT products, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap from conception to launch for the Tebra platform integration and the internal commercialization and billing systems. Develop and execute product direction plans aligned with market needs and measurable KPIs, ensuring customer satisfaction and business ROI. Lead cross-functional teams-including engineering, finance, and operations-to design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions that unify legacy systems and improve internal workflows. Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements in alignment with corporate goals and customer experience metrics. Manage product lifecycle activities, including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and user acceptance testing. Establish and develop features on one or more of Tebra's core IT products that solve customer problems; determine product positioning and provide recommendations to the Product Marketing team. Oversee the design and execution of product enhancements, including pricing and packaging programs, which drive product adoption and incremental revenue. Prepare software design plans, including product specifications, use case documentation, and user interface wireframes. Assess current or future end customer needs, collect customer feedback, review customer support issues, review sales win/loss data, and visit customers to study product interaction in their natural environment;   Analyze data from internal and external sources to identify market opportunities, optimize product performance, and inform decision-making. Evaluate and integrate customer feedback, usage data, and support insights into the product development cycle. Coordinate across teams to ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, security requirements, and operational standards. Support organizational initiatives related to Product-Led Growth (PLG), process improvement, and go-to-market alignment. 

Position will be headquartered in Corona Del Mar, CA but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.

Educ./experience: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in management information systems, project management or related field, plus two (2) years  of post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Product Manager within the healthcare software field or related position. Experience must include: SAFe and Scrum frameworks; Global team coordination; Full-lifecycle product management and delivery; Jira and Confluence for agile project management; Salesforce for CRM; Tableau and Power BI for data analysis and visualization; and Collaboration platforms: Figma and Miro.

Salary range: $128,627 to $175,000/year
