Polaris Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team, providing vital support and therapeutic interventions to patients within our remote hospice facility based in Cape Coral, Florida. Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing our Clinical Social Workers the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes while utilizing virtual platforms to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and family consultations. The working hours for this role are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for occasional evening or weekend commitments based on client needs and availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for clients experiencing severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses.
  • Conduct thorough intake evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and preferences of your clients.
  • Engage in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance treatment effectiveness and address any interdisciplinary concerns related to patient care.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to facilitate client growth, healing, and empowerment.
