Work Environment

This role is structured to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough crisis assessments and interventions for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and responsive care.
  • Provide immediate counseling assistance to individuals in crisis, tapping into various therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams as needed to ensure client safety during critical situations.
  • Offer follow-up care and tailored recommendations to clients post-crisis, enhancing their ongoing support network.
  • Utilize crisis intervention strategies and de-escalation techniques to handle challenging scenarios effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Participate in continuous learning opportunities, enhancing skills in crisis management and counseling practices through workshops and seminars.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve encompass a broad range of mental health challenges, with a significant focus on geriatric mental health issues. Qualifications
