Description
Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for the preparation and submittal of various entitlement applications, permits and agreements to allow installation of communications facilities on poles, fiber and other infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assembles files and data for permit submission
Attend meetings as needed, in person if requested
Uploads documents per client specifications and manages document control as required.
Coordination of any fees required for permitting
Resolves permitting issues as needed
Supports OSP (Outside Plant Services) desin team as needed
Maintain databases (excel and GIS maps)
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required:
ROW permitting experience for aerial and UG fiber
Technical understanding/ability
Experience with right-of-way permitting for fiber and small cell deployments
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Acute attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Knowledge of electronic wireless industry research methods
Ability to operate in a dynamic and changing environment
Ability to travel as require
Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:
Expert level experience using Microsoft office suite and outlook-Excel and Adobe Acrobat, digital photographs JPEG files
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or specialized experience
1-5 years related experience in wireless Telecommuncations industry

$57k-67k annually, based on experience
