Location: Bridgeview; On Site
Company: Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric
Pay Range: $22 to $27 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 40+ hours per week based on business needs
Position Overview
Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric, the largest residential HVAC contractor in North America, is seeking a detail oriented and organized Permits Coordinator to support our fast paced Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical operations team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring permits are submitted, tracked, approved, and closed out efficiently to keep projects moving forward smoothly.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, comfortable working with multiple municipalities, and thrives in a team oriented environment.
Responsibilities
  • Submit and manage permit applications with local municipalities and jurisdictions
  • Track permit statuses and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate inspections and communicate scheduling updates with internal teams
  • Work closely with operations, dispatch, install teams, and management to ensure projects remain compliant and on schedule
  • Review permit requirements, fees, and documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain organized digital and physical permit files
  • Follow up with municipalities regarding approvals, revisions, and final inspections
  • Assist with administrative and operational support as needed
  • Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency and turnaround times

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of permit coordination, construction administration, or related experience required
  • Experience working with municipal permitting processes preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
