The coach provides feedback, sets goals, and supports personal and professional development from a distance, making it convenient for clients who may be located anywhere. This approach is popular because it offers flexibility, access to a wider range of coaches, and the ability to fit sessions into busy schedules.

How do remote performance coaches build rapport and trust with clients when working virtually?

Building rapport and trust as a remote performance coach involves frequent, open communication and the use of technology to create a personal connection. Coaches often utilize video calls, interactive digital tools, and regular check-ins to foster engagement and active participation. Establishing clear goals, maintaining confidentiality, and showing genuine interest in clients' progress are essential practices. Many successful coaches also personalize their approach to suit each client's unique needs, which helps create a supportive and motivating virtual environment.
