Your Impact
  • Process high-volume weekly payrolls across multiple entities and pay groups with speed and accuracy.
  • Reconcile payroll data, taxes, deductions, and adjustments across Paylocity, and proprietary systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to identify and resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain audit-ready reports and documentation to support compliance, audits, and tax filings.
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze, validate, and reconcile large datasets, ensuring data integrity and payroll accuracy.

Requirements
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of payroll experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with Paylocity; or similar systems ADP workforce now, Paycom, Paycor experience with additional proprietary systems preferred.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, nested formulas, data validation, reconciliation).
  • Deep understanding of wage and hour laws, payroll compliance, and best practices.
