Your Impact As NA Sales Manager, you will lead strategic sales initiatives for Paper & Board Machines across North America. This role combines technical depth with commercial leadership to deliver high-value solutions that strengthen ANDRITZ's market position and help customers meet their performance and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand ANDRITZ's Paper & Board Machine business in North America. Lead Consultative Sales: Engage customers with a solution-oriented approach, translating technical capabilities into business value. Proposal Leadership: Coordinate with Applied Technology and global teams to prepare accurate, competitive technical and commercial offers.

Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers. Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and identify opportunities. Forecasting & Reporting: Provide input on order forecasts, maintain CRM data integrity, and deliver actionable insights to management.

Collaboration: Work closely with global partners to ensure alignment on customer solutions and growth initiatives. What Success Looks Like Achieving and exceeding annual order intake and margin targets. Expanding ANDRITZ's footprint in priority segments through strategic wins.

Driving adoption of innovative technologies and sustainable solutions. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Paper, or related Engineering discipline. Experience 15+ years in technical capital sales for Paper & Board Machines or similar complex process equipment.

Proven track record in consultative selling and negotiating high-value contracts. Deep technical knowledge of Paper & Board Machine processes and applications. Skills & Attributes Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to lead complex sales cycles and collaborate across global teams. Multilingual (English required; Spanish or French a plus).
