• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, to support patient progress.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation and records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, medical staff, and addiction specialists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and resources, promoting empowerment and informed decision-making.
• Stay current with developments and research in the mental health field, consistently integrating new findings into practice to enhance treatment effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will engage with a varied patient population, including individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and co-occurring conditions. Your role will be critical in guiding patients through their recovery journey, helping them develop skills needed for sustainable wellness and independence. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. A Master’s Degree in Social Work is preferred, as it aligns with our commitment to providing high-quality care.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington is mandatory.
• In-depth understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, particularly in the context of rehabilitation and mental health.
• Strong communication skills, combined with effective problem-solving capabilities, to foster positive relationships with patients and the treatment team.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a rehabilitation or detox environment.
• Proven ability to administer therapeutic interventions and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with telehealth practices and tools, ensuring effective remote service delivery.

• This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
