  • Ensure project data is accurate, updated, and properly organized.
  • Conduct ongoing data cleanup and quality control within Jira.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide project visibility to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and outstanding action items.
Project & Program Coordination
  • Track deliverables, owners, due dates, and follow-up activities across multiple initiatives.
  • Partner closely with program leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment.
  • Gather status updates and prepare project reports, summaries, and communications.
  • Escalate issues, risks, or delays proactively when work requires attention.
  • Help ensure accountability by following up on commitments and tracking completion of key tasks.
Meeting & Communication Support

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, Jira administration, executive administration, program support, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience working within Jira, including board management, ticket tracking, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
