• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized tools.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they meet individual needs and goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients across the lifespan, addressing an array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
• Lead couples therapy initiatives to help partners improve communication strategies, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationships.
• Regularly review treatment efficacy, adapting plans based on ongoing evaluations and clients' progress.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment histories, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate quality care for clients.
• Respond to acute crises with appropriate interventions to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about advancements in therapy practices and methodologies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using telehealth platforms to deliver therapy services effectively and securely.

The LMFT will work with individuals coping with a variety of issues, such as mental health disorders, emotional distress, and life transitions. • Hold a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Possess an active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State.

• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a proficiency in electronic health record systems.
• Understand the principles of timely evaluation and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Prior experience working remotely, utilizing teletherapy tools and methods effectively.

Cornerstone Mental Healthcare offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
