Job description

Implement and ensure compliance with approved procedures, train, manages and monitor performance of Team Members to ensure smooth and efficient gaming during shift. This list of duties and responsibilities is illustrative only of the tasks performed by this position and is not all-inclusive.


  • Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of Casino.
  • Observes and recognizes irregularities, violations, or other discrepancies in casino personnel or guests and institutes appropriate action.
  • Investigates and resolves guest complaints.
  • Supervises and assist areas as needed.
  • Act as a resource to guests and team members by maintaining thorough knowledge of the facility, gaming options, special events, and promotions.
  • Directs the Slot Attendants to accomplish the goals of the Slot department.
  • Drives improved results through staff development and training programs, and established methods, procedures, and guidelines to maintain desired standards, and high-quality service.
  • Provides visible leadership in gaming operation areas.
  • Ensures compliance with Title 31 requirements and processes.
  • Responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations.
  • Oversee Casino operations and assist with making management decisions while serving as the Manager on Duty.
  • Perform other tasks assigned.

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Two years progressively more challenging experience in a gaming operations role. Slot experience required.
  • Must have demonstrated supervisory experience and a background with training employees.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good oral and written communication skills must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills.
  • Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.

Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.
