The Eagles' Mediation Mental Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a perfect work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, creating robust and personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques that promote personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting treatment approaches as needed.
• Offer teletherapy solutions, ensuring clients can receive support in a manner that suits their circumstances.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to uphold ethical standards and facilitate ongoing assessment of treatment efficacy.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions and workshops that enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging trends.

In this role, you will work with a variety of clients facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our clinic serves a broad demographic, offering you the chance to make meaningful impacts across different life stages and experiences. The focus will primarily be on providing individual and family therapy, aiming to foster healing and promote long-term emotional well-being.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to create a secure, therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, an understanding demeanor, and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, essential for effective caseload management and administrative duties.

• Experience in providing therapy to clients with diverse backgrounds and mental health issues.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital client management systems.
• Background in addiction treatment or trauma-informed care is a plus.

• Annual salary ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
