Job description

Position Title: Plaintiff Lemon Law Attorney
This opportunity offers hands-on experience representing clients in complex plaintiff-side Lemon Law matters, with meaningful exposure to depositions, motion practice, trial preparation and courtroom advocacy. You'll work alongside accomplished litigators in a collaborative environment that values mentorship, professional growth and achieving exceptional results for clients
With a reputation for taking on complex consumer protection cases, a collaborative culture, strong work-life balance and a proven track record of developing talented litigators, this role is ideal for ambitious attorneys who want to accelerate their careers while helping clients achieve meaningful results. You will gain hands-on experience in depositions, motion practice, courtroom advocacy and trial preparation while working alongside accomplished trial attorneys who are committed to mentorship and professional development.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $115,000+ / Year DOE
Responsibilities:
  • Argue cases and present compelling narratives to judges and juries
  • Prepare for trials and lead case strategies
  • Conduct depositions and take witness testimony
  • Supervise and mentor paralegals
  • Teach and guide junior attorneys in legal practices
  • Craft arguments based on case law and existing evidence
  • Manage case preparations and motions effectively

Requirements:
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a polished professional demeanor
  • Experience in winning depositions and trial advocacy
  • Ability to argue effectively in front of judges and juries
  • Experience in supervising legal staff and fostering a collaborative environment
