Field Sales RepresentativeLincoln, Nebraska Territory (Remote/Home-Based)

Bunzl Processor Division is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Field Sales Representative to manage and grow our Lincoln, Nebraska territory.

This is an excellent opportunity for a consultative sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, developing new business, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers across food processing, manufacturing, industrial packaging, safety, sanitation, and plant operations.

As a remote, home-based sales professional, you will manage an established territory while identifying new growth opportunities across the region. What You'll Do
  • Grow revenue and profitability within existing accounts while developing new business opportunities throughout the territory
  • Build relationships with plant managers, operations leaders, purchasing professionals, safety managers, and business owners
  • Identify customer challenges and provide value-added solutions that improve operational efficiency, safety, and productivity
  • Execute strategic territory and account development plans
  • Meet or exceed sales, margin, and growth objectives
  • Increase market penetration through prospecting, networking, and relationship development
  • Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer support
  • Manage pricing strategies and account-related activities
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Maintain regular travel throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Proven success in outside B2B sales with a demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and develop new business
  • Experience selling into food processing, industrial manufacturing, packaging, safety, sanitation, facility supply, MRO, or related markets preferred
  • Distribution industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of effectively managing an independent sales territory
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Professional Selling, or a related field preferred, but equivalent sales experience will be considered
