Manufacturers Outside Sales Representative

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for opening new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generates new leads and develop new accounts in the Industrial Manufacturing Market.
  • Educates potential customers on our products and services, and how they can benefit their operations.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing customers, demonstrating new product offerings to increase customer retention.
  • Identifies new areas of growth within existing accounts.
  • Collaborates with internal team members to ensure timely delivery of products and resolves any customer issues or concerns.
  • Prepares reports and forecasts on sales activity and provides updates to management.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
