Job Title: Outside Industrial Sales Representative
Location: Central/Southern Louisiana
Compensation: Commission-Based — $80,000 to $150,000+
Reports To: CRO
Position Summary:
Pellerin Laundry Machinery Sales Company, Inc. is seeking a goal-oriented, self-starting Outside Industrial Sales Representative to drive equipment sales across Central amp; Southern Louisiana. This position requires a proven track record in territory management and capital equipment or industrial sales. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering value-based solutions to customers in the professional laundry industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a defined geographic sales territory through effective planning, outreach, and relationship-building
  • Acquire new customers and develop long-term relationships with existing accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive market share and revenue growth
  • Deliver consultative, solution-based sales presentations tailored to customer needs
  • Create proposals and manage projects through the full sales cycle — from initial contact to order entry and post-sale support
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the full product catalog and effectively communicate features, benefits, and ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted resource to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing actionable solutions
Required Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Proven ability to manage time, territory, and priorities independently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
