Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Build Something Bigger Than a Book of Business
Wisepath Financial Group is seeking an experienced Managing Director & Lead Financial Advisor to help build and lead a specialized retirement planning division serving Federal, State, and Public Sector employees nationwide.
This is not a traditional advisor role.
You will work directly with executive leadership to help shape the future of a growing retirement planning platform while maintaining an active advisory practice and mentoring advisors across the organization.
We are seeking a leader who is passionate about retirement planning, advisor development, and building a scalable business designed for long-term growth.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the Lead Financial Advisor for the division.
  • Conduct retirement planning consultations with qualified prospects.
  • Convert appointment-generated opportunities into long-term client relationships.
  • Mentor and coach Financial Advisors.
  • Provide case design support and planning guidance.
  • Assist with advisor onboarding and development.
  • Participate in strategic growth initiatives.
  • Help build a national retirement planning platform.

Qualifications
Required
  • Active Series 7 License
  • Active Series 66 License (or equivalent)
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License
  • Minimum 10 years of Financial Advisory experience
  • Strong retirement planning and client relationship management experience
  • Experience working with affluent and pre-retiree clients
Preferred
  • CFP®, RICP®, ChFC®, or equivalent professional designation
  • Federal retirement planning experience
  • Advisor leadership experience
  • Experience coaching or mentoring advisors
  • Series 24 License
  • Independent Broker-Dealer or Hybrid RIA experience
Compensation
This position offers a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward both production and leadership.
