Job description

Plans and directs the overall operation of two or more major departments with institutional oversight and provides leadership for staff members. Under executive direction, performs highly varied administrative duties involving the use of independent judgement and professional skills. Work in partnership with departmental leadership teams to lead and manage clinical operations through the planning, directing, monitoring, coordinating, and evaluating of TTUHSC El Paso outpatient clinics. Responsible for the supervision, quality and education, training and compliance, and clinical nursing practice of non-faculty staff (within the Clinical Operations Orgs) across Alberta, Transmountain and Kenworthy campuses. Through collaboration and communication, accountable for enhancing TTUHSC El Paso's capacity to perform by addressing patient care management, strategic leadership, change management, quality management, relationship management, information knowledge management, resource management, and personal/professional development objectives.
Texas Tech Health El Paso (TTEP) is not considering applications from individuals who require sponsorship for an employment visa, including those with H1B visas or those currently on student or postgraduate visas.
Additionally, this position is not eligible for remote or hybrid opportunities. All work is required to be performed onsite at TTEP.
