  • Collaborate with law firms to assess operational needs and translate them into practical technology solutions

  • Configure and customize CMS platforms (e.g., Filevine, Lead Docket, Lawmatics, Case Status, and others)

  • Manage database functions including field mapping, data structuring, automation rules, and document templates

  • Conduct client-facing discovery sessions, process mapping, and training workshops

  • Offer guidance on best practices for intake, case workflow, reporting, and compliance

  • Maintain documentation and assist with support and change management post-implementation

  • 1+ year in a consulting or client-facing role preferred

  • Strong understanding of legal workflows, case lifecycle stages, and litigation or personal injury practice areas

  • Comfortable working with tech tools including task automation, document generation, and workflow design

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical advice for non-technical users

  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and make thoughtful recommendations tailored to client needs

Bonus Points For:
  • Filevine certification or experience with advanced features like Deadline Chains, Docgens, and Customs Editor

  • Experience with reporting tools (DOMO, Tableau, etc.) or process automation platforms
