This full-time position offers an annual salary between $115,000 and $130,000 and includes a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a critical role in delivering integrated mental health care to diverse individuals, assisting them in overcoming various psychological challenges.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, considering co-occurring medical conditions that impact patients’ emotional and psychological well-being.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support to patients experiencing urgent mental health issues or emergencies.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation that adheres to all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case conferences, contributing insights to enhance collaborative treatment strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research and best practices in integrated mental health care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in our organization, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals who experience complex challenges due to co-occurring mental health and medical conditions. Your role is pivotal in promoting recovery and improving the quality of life for these patients, many of whom may have historically faced barriers to accessing adequate care.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• Proven ability to address the mental health needs of individuals dealing with both psychiatric disorders and co-occurring medical conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of maintaining professional boundaries and upholding ethical guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality.
• Proficiency in utilizing computer applications and electronic health record systems for documentation and record-keeping.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly in providing telehealth services.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and the challenges faced by patients with co-occurring conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, interdisciplinary environment.
