This is an excellent opportunity for a California-licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of business litigation experience to work on diverse and rewarding cases while benefiting from a supportive firm culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
  • Prepare all necessary legal documents for client matters
  • Represent clients in court, including arguing motions
  • Analyze cases and develop effective strategies to meet client goals
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and administrative staff on client meetings, billing, and project completion

Qualifications:
  • Active California Bar License in good standing
  • Minimum 5 years of business litigation experience
