Remote legal technology refers to the use of digital tools and platforms that allow legal professionals to work from locations outside of traditional offices. This can include case management software, video conferencing tools, e-discovery platforms, and secure document-sharing systems. The adoption of remote legal technology has enabled law firms and legal departments to collaborate, manage cases, and serve clients efficiently regardless of physical location. It also enhances flexibility, reduces overhead costs, and can improve work-life balance for legal professionals.

How does working in a remote legal technology role impact collaboration with legal professionals and IT teams?

In a remote legal technology role, collaboration relies heavily on digital communication tools such as video conferencing, project management platforms, and secure document sharing. In this full-time remote role, you will be at the forefront of providing critical mental health services, helping to foster personal development, emotional resilience, and overall well-being for our clients. Your expertise will play a vital role in addressing diverse mental health challenges and supporting individuals and families with limited access to care.

About the Organization

Open Doors Counseling Group is particularly focused on serving individuals and families who may face barriers in accessing mental health services, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
  • A valid and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical considerations related to mental health practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base.
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies to ensure efficiency in client management.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
  • Experience using various therapeutic approaches and assessment tools to engage clients.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to competitive pay, Open Doors Counseling Group offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice insurance. You will receive valuable support for billing and documentation, allowing you to focus primarily on providing high-quality client care, and have access to numerous client referrals to maintain a steady caseload.
