You will have access to all necessary technology and support systems to effectively conduct assessments, deliver therapy, and maintain client communication. The hybrid model of care means that while you may often work remotely, you will also be encouraged to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and other health professionals.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored, individualized therapy strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to deliver effective therapy to various client groups—individuals, families, and couples.
• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure optimal client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain informed of the latest mental health research and best practices in therapeutic interventions.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Open Doors Counseling Group is particularly focused on serving individuals and families who may face barriers in accessing mental health services, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the community.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• A valid and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical considerations related to mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies to ensure efficiency in client management.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience using various therapeutic approaches and assessment tools to engage clients.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
