Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, creating individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring thorough record-keeping that reflects client progress and sessions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case discussions and integrated care approaches to enhance client outcomes and comprehensive support.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by taking part in workshops and staying updated with the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational dynamics. Qualifications
  • An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required for this position.
  • At least two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical environment, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits
  • The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
