Job Description Our law firm is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Paralegal to support our California practice. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys and legal staff to prepare documents, organize case information, track deadlines, coordinate filings, and assist with court-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working in a busy legal environment, and has practical knowledge of navigating California courts. Experience with creditors’ rights, foreclosure, real estate, or related financial services matters is preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong legal support experience and a willingness to learn. This role may be remote.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

· Assist attorneys with California court matters, including foreclosure-related and creditor-related matters.

· Prepare, review, organize, and file legal documents.

· Track deadlines, hearing dates, filing requirements, and service requirements.

· Communicate professionally with attorneys, court personnel, clients, vendors, and internal team members.

· Maintain organized files and help ensure matters are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Experience:

· Prior paralegal or legal support experience in a law firm, legal department, or similar professional environment.

· Practical knowledge of California court procedures, filing requirements, local rules, and hearing calendars.

· Experience with creditors’ rights, foreclosure, real estate, or related financial services matters preferred.

· Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

· Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

· Ability to work well with attorneys, staff, clients, courts, and outside vendors in a professional and collaborative manner.

Required Education and Training
