  • Between seven and twelve years of combined of law firm and in-house legal department experience.
  • Four or more years of in-house experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements in a high pressure technology sales environment.
  • Significant experience with negotiating SaaS, cloud, and other technology agreements.
  • Experience addressing issues in telecommunications, data privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and negotiations simultaneously in a fast-paced demanding environment.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting product teams with AI-enabled and data-driven technology products, features, and use.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory frameworks relevant to enterprise SaaS platforms, including HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, and U.S. privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA).
  • Working knowledge of standard business processes for cloud companies, including go-to-market strategy, customer experience management, and finance processes.
