Job Title: MES / SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL โ€” Remote with client site travel

Type: Full-Time | Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultants for full-time remote roles with a growing industrial digital transformation practice. Candidates will design, implement, and support MES/MOM and SAP DM solutions for manufacturing and industrial clients across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design and implementation of MES/MOM and SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions for manufacturing clients
  • Configure and integrate manufacturing execution systems with ERP and shop floor systems
  • Conduct client workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions
  • Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and operations
  • Document functional and technical specifications for manufacturing system deployments
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience implementing MES, MOM, or SAP Digital Manufacturing systems
  • Hands-on experience with SAP DM, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, or comparable platforms
  • Strong understanding of discrete or process manufacturing operations
  • Experience working directly with manufacturing clients in a consulting capacity
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
