Job description

Interview process: 1 round of virtual interview

Role: Process Improvement or Management Consultant
Location: 100% remote
Duration: 6-month contract

Summary: Client is seeking a Process Improvement or Management Consultant to support the migration of its government-funded programs (Medicare and Medicaid) to the TriZetto Facets platform. The hired consultant will collaborate with business and technical teams to assess current-state processes, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, develop process documentation and workflow maps, and facilitate cross-functional discussions among teams that have traditionally operated in silos, including Utilization Management, Care Management, Claims, Enrollment, and Appeals & Grievances.

  • 10 years relevant business process specialization (i.e. business process management, consulting or other applicable business process transformation experience).
  • 4+ years as a Process Consultant within a healthcare insurance company
  • Experience with any process mapping tool

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Facets
  • Experience with SAP Signavio process mapping tool
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
