Job description

We are seeking an experiencedย Epicor Operations Consultantย to support our clientโ€™sย Epicor Kinetic implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inย manufacturing operationsย and hands-on experience withย Epicor Kinetic, includingย MRP, Scheduling, Job Management, Shipping & Receiving, Quoting, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management. This role involvesย requirements gathering, user training, and business process optimizationย to ensure a successful implementation.

This is aย full-time contract role (3-6 months)ย with requiredย on-site travel at key implementation milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders toย gather business requirementsย and align Epicor Kinetic functionality with operational needs.
  • Provideย hands-on configuration and optimizationย of Epicor Kinetic modules, includingย MRP, Scheduling, Job Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Shipping/Receiving.
  • Conductย user training sessionsย to ensure successful adoption of Epicor Kinetic.
  • Assist inย business process mappingย and improvement to align with best practices inย manufacturing operations.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance onย Epicor workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Work closely withย IT teams, functional leads, and end-usersย to ensure a seamless implementation.
  • Travel on-site for keyย project milestones, training, and go-live support.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Epicor Kinetic implementation experience, including hands-on system configuration.
  • Strong knowledge ofย MRP, Scheduling, Job Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Business Process Optimization.
  • Experience training end users and conducting workshops.
  • Manufacturing industry experienceย with an understanding ofย shop floor processes and supply chain workflows.
  • Excellentย problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness toย travel on-siteย as required during key project phases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience withย Epicor customizations, BPMs, and reports.
  • Knowledge ofย Epicor Data Analytics (EDA) or Business Intelligence tools.
  • Previous experience withย change management and ERP best practices.
