• Provide direct clinical services to clients both in-office and remotely, focusing on those experiencing severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses.
• Establish positive, trusting relationships with clients to facilitate effective therapy and recovery.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to advance common goals and enhance client care.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain integrated care plans that support clients in accessing necessary services and resources.
• Deliver ongoing therapeutic support through individual and group sessions, focusing on prevention, treatment, and recovery strategies.
• Identify potential safety risks, implementing measures to ensure a secure environment for all clients.
• Maintain adherence to professional ethical guidelines and the organizational code of conduct while documenting all client interactions accurately.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Proficiency in clinical documentation, assessment, and care planning.

• Prior experience in a detox or substance abuse treatment setting is highly desirable.
• Experience in crisis intervention, group therapy facilitation, or family therapy practices.
• Familiarity with integrated healthcare systems and collaborative care practices.
• Knowledge of community resources and support services relevant to mental health and addiction treatment.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
