Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient intakes focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations to develop tailored therapy objectives and treatment recommendations.
  • Provide timely mental health interventions to patients in need of emergency treatment, ensuring quick and effective care.
  • Assess and advise on which patients would benefit from additional specialized mental health services, coordinating referrals as necessary.
  • Perform regular follow-up evaluations to monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Work actively with patients to create relapse prevention strategies and support their ongoing mental health journey.
  • Identify at-risk patients and engage in the development of preventative programs addressing their unique needs.
  • Coordinate the delivery of mental health services, including collaboration with other treatment providers, depending on patient consent.
  • Document all patient interactions and progress thoroughly and accurately within the treatment charts, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
  • Maintain open communication with primary care providers to keep them informed of patients' mental health needs and ongoing treatment strategies.
  • Facilitate behavioral changes in patients experiencing or at risk of physical health issues, empowering them to adopt healthier lifestyles.
  • Provide patients with essential self-management techniques and educational resources to enhance their involvement in treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
